Supervise a shift team at one of our national distribution centres, keeping stock flowing to stores across NSW. A hands-on leadership role in a high-volume logistics environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead a team of 15-25 warehouse staff across a rotating shift roster.
- Monitor throughput and safety compliance on the floor.
- Coordinate with inbound/outbound planning teams.
Ideal Profile
- 2+ years supervisory experience in warehousing or logistics.
- Forklift licence highly regarded.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts including some weekends.
