Shape workflows used by millions of teams on Jira and Confluence. Atlassian is remote-first for team-anywhere roles across Australia, and you will own end-to-end design work from problem framing through shipped, polished interfaces.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead design on a core product surface end-to-end.
- Run user research sessions and translate findings into concrete design decisions.
- Partner with engineering on edge cases, motion and accessibility.
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years designing complex B2B SaaS products.
- A portfolio showing systems thinking, not just polished mockups.
- Comfortable working async across Australian time zones.
