Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Advise managers on performance, engagement and employee relations matters.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help evolve our remote-first culture playbook.

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years in a generalist HR or People & Culture role.
• Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act.
• Experience supporting a remote or distributed team preferred.
